Audit trails that survive multi-cloud settlements
When one partner bills from three clouds, screenshots alone do not make an audit trail — sequencing does.

Order over volume
Start with a one-page narrative: what matched, what did not, and which cloud feed caused each open line. Attach query logs and portal exports after the narrative, never before. Label files with partner ID, period, and cloud source — not “final_v7”.
Cross-cloud pitfalls
Usage timestamps rarely align. Document the cutoff rule you applied and why. If you normalized currencies, show the rate source. Ambiguity here creates rework even when the math is correct.
