Refund policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy applies to paid enrollments confirmed in writing by Cloudconnects Digital. Website prices are informational only; no checkout occurs on this site.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation email and you have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@cloudconnects.digital within the windows described here. Include your full name, company, cohort name, and confirmation reference.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 13 and 5 days before start, a 50% refund of tuition paid may apply. Cancellations inside 5 days of start are not refundable, except where we cancel or materially reschedule the cohort.

Non-refundable items

Private Close Circle retainers after the first facilitated session has occurred, custom data preparation fees, and third-party venue costs (if any were itemized) are non-refundable.

Refund process

We confirm eligibility by email, then process the refund to the original payer. Company purchase orders may require a credit note before funds move through your accounts payable cycle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically completed within 10 business days after we confirm eligibility. Bank or card networks may take additional time to post the credit.

Refund method

Refunds return via the original payment method when possible. Wire payments are returned to the originating account; you may need to provide updated bank details if the account has closed.

Cancellation by Cloudconnects Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later intake at no extra tuition for the same seat type.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill credits for documented medical emergencies or compulsory civic duties that prevent attendance, evaluated case by case. Credits are not cash-equivalent beyond the original enrollment value.
